(2:15 p.m EDT) — Silver Muse, the newest ship from luxury line Silversea Cruises, will boast several types of large suites including connecting suites for families and friends, as well as eight restaurants.
The ship, which will debut in spring 2017, will be the largest vessel in the fleet, holding 596 passengers, and will serve as its flagship.
Renderings show the suites will be contemporary, with earth tones of cream, saffron, green and sienna. Even the smallest suite will be large by industry standards, at 387 square feet.
But it’s the upper suites that the company is highlighting, including four two-bedroom, apartment-style Owner’s Suites, each measuring 1,389 square feet. There will also be four 1,475-square-foot Grand Suites and two Royal Suites that come in at 1,130 square feet.
There will be more signature Silver Suites on Silver Muse than on the line’s other vessels, with 34 spread across three top decks; Silversea is adding a two-bedroom configuration that measures 1,119 square feet. Renderings of all the suites can be viewed on a dedicated Silver Muse website.
Silver Muse will have eight restaurants, an increase of two from Silver Spirit, which was built in 2009. Among the choices: Atlantide, a seafood and steak restaurant that will be new for the line; the Italian La Terrazza, which is inspired by the Slow Food movement; Hot Rocks, an outdoor venue where passengers grill their own seafood and meats; and Regina Margherita, an open-air pizzeria near the pool that is also new for the line.
In addition, Silver Muse will have an exclusive Relais & Chateaux restaurant.
