Seabourn Sojourn to Delay Sailing from Singapore for Maintenance

(2:45 p.m. EDT) — Seabourn Sojourn will delay its December 6 sailing from Singapore for a day because of unscheduled maintenance on the ship. In a note sent to passengers, the luxury line said the maintenance would take 36 hours, causing the ship to leave at 8 p.m. Monday, December 7, instead of 4 p.m. December 6. CLIA Reports 2016 Cruising Outlook and Trends

(3:23 p.m. EST) — A fire that took place on Princess Cruises’ Grand Princess has caused the ship to alter its itinerary. The November 30 incident — which was contained within the switchboard — has hindered the ship’s speed, forcing the line to cancel its scheduled calls to Hilo, Kaui and Maui.
